KKPWM along with DayanandSagar Institute of Technology, Bangalore has invented the Kerb Side stones using waste plastic. We are presently working on the machineries for bulk manufacturing of these materials. These stones are equivalent to M15 concert stone with economical prices.
This is a new technology being researched by IIT, Kharagpur, wherein we are manufacturing these sheets using granules made of plastic waste. We are presently working on the machineries for bulk manufacturing of these materials. The trial run has been conducted by IIT Kharagpur and has been approved. Further these sheets will be supplied to concerned Govt. Departments only through IIT, Kharagpur
We also recycle plastic waste into granules which are further used for manufacturing of Sheets, pipes etc. Only when Road work demand will be low during rainy seasons, the granules will be used for manufacturing of pipes as alternative.
We have recently researched a new technology "first of its kind" through which we can recycle the existing road materials for construction of new road by adding deficient quantity. The trial run of half km is in pipeline with KSHIFT, Government of Karnataka.
