Indian Road congress has added a code "IRC-SP:98-2013"

The Indian Road Congress, a premier technical body of Highway Engineers in the India has published guidelines for 'The use of waste plastic in Hot Bituminous Mixes (Dry Process) in wearing Courses' on November 2013 under the code: IRC:SP:98-2013. The guidelines can be downloaded here.
